Passionate about movement, Sophie Levett combines years of elite personal training with a unique specialisation in children’s fitness. This stems from 5+ years working in Public Education as a Primary School Teacher. Her approach is rooted in the belief that exercise should be as bespoke as the individual, fostering strength and joy through tailored sessions that inspire confidence across all ages.
